Attorney Sean Sullivan represents individuals and businesses in complex civil litigation and business law matters. Sean is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

As a partner of Dillon & Sullivan Attorneys at Law, Sean manages the firm’s civil litigation, business law & landlord tenant practice areas.

In civil matters, Sean’s practice areas include: real estate litigation, boundary line disputes, zoning & conservation appeals, adverse possession, easement disputes, trespass and other land use related matters. He also focuses on civil matters related to business disputes, breach of contract, consumer protection law, and home improvement contractor disputes. Sean has extensive litigation experience in landlord & tenant litigation matters.

In business & transactional matters, Sean provides the following services to clients: entity formation, contract drafting, lease drafting, partnership agreements & operating agreements, business purchase & sale agreements, website privacy policies, and terms & conditions.

Prior to becoming a member of the Massachusetts Bar in 2016, Sean grew up on the South Shore and is a graduate of Suffolk University where he studied business. Following this, Sean attended Suffolk University Law School where received the “Honorable Mention Brief Award” in recognition of outstanding performance in legal writing.

Sean’s goal when entering law school was always to eventually return to the South Shore and open a law practice. Since forming Dillon & Sullivan Attorneys at Law, Sean has provided legal representation and legal assistance to members of the community and has helped clients in a wide range of legal matters. Sean actively mentors current law students and offers guidance and advice to help aspiring attorneys.
